What: The Departments of Art History and Music at Fordham University have invited Ettore de Conciliis to speak about his work in a presentation called Paintings and Landworks.
During the lecture, de Conciliis will explore how he has expressed his commitment to social justice, environmental reclamation, and the redemptive power of art through his murals, paintings, sculptures and large-scale Land Art projects, including the Memorial at Portella della Ginestra (once the scene of a massacre in Sicily) and the Park of Peace near Rome.
